Refund Policy

At A Higher Living, we are committed to providing transformative and supportive holistic healing experiences. We are committed to supporting your personal growth and well-being through our holistic services, including life coaching, yoga, NLP, hypnosis. We strive to create a safe, respectful, and transformative experience for every client. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

  1. Services Covered

This policy applies to the following services:

  • One-on-one life coaching (single sessions and packages)

  • Yoga classes (single sessions and classes)

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) sessions

  • Hypnosis sessions

  • Group workshops, retreats, and packages

     2. Refund Policy

Single Sessions (Life Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis, Yoga)

  • Refunds are not offered for completed sessions

 Packages and Multi-Session Programs

  • Full refunds are available if canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before the first session begins.

  • After the first session, refunds are pro-rated based on unused session, at our discretion.

  • No refund will be issued after 30 days from purchase

 Workshops, Course & Retreats

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for n-shoed or same-day cancellations.

    3. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

  • We honor a 10-minute grace period for sessions. Beyond that, the session may have to be forfeited and considered a no-show. As long as you do not do this repeatedly, we will be able to reschedule your appointment.

  • Missed appointments with less than 24-hour notice may be charged in full. We understand emergencies happen- please reach out if you need to discuss rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. 

4.  Exceptional Circumstances

We strive to be fair and compassionate. If you experience illness, bereavement, or another extraordinary circumstance that prevents you from attending or continuing services, please contact us at CoachRhea4U@gmail.com . We will work with you on a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling, partial refund, or credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

 Please email is at CoachRhea4U@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • The service, program, or event purchased

  • Reason for the refund or cancellation request

 We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve all refund inquiries within 7-10 business days.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Return & Refund Policy for Products Sold

At A Higher Living, your satisfaction and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. We proudly offer holistic goods, from clothing and accessories to skincare and plant medicines, crafted or curated with care. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchases, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility 

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Products must be returned with original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Skincare or personal care items that have been opened or used

  • Plant medicine and herbal remedies (for safety and quality assurances)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at CoachRhea4u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approval returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
