This is a package of 4 one-hour sessions. These sessions are designed specifically for you and your needs, using the services I offer. I offer life coaching, hypnosis, NLP, and yoga.

This package includes four, hour long life coaching sessions that include a thirty-minute yoga practice with each session. Each session will be a total of one and a half hours long.

This package includes four, one hour life coaching sessions that include a one-hour yoga practice that is tailored to your abilities and experience. These sessions will be a total of two hours each.
